What is GetActive's return Policy for new devices?

If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. You must request for return within 10 days of receiving the product.

How do I return the device to GetActive?

Returns are easy, simply follow these steps:

By when will I get a Replacement for the returned device?

We will dispatch the new device within 15 days of receiving the 'Damaged' or 'Defective' device. If you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount paid by you for the device.

Please note that no replacement will be provided if we find evidence that the damage or the defect in the device occurred after the device was delivered.
